So, I’m doing a metric century this weekend. (10/1/2016) I’ve been training consistently on the bike since August 1st (3 days a week). I’ve brought my old trainer, Becky, out of trainer-retirement to help me with an additional 2 core-workouts a week for the last month. I completed my first real 34 mile stretch with Liz a three weeks ago. I put in a collective 66 miles last weekend – for the first time in a couple of years. Last pre-ride workout was this evening. I’m feeling euphoric. I’m feeling strong. I am feeling ready. Time to Kick Ass and Take Names!
